Hershey Youth Field Hockey Board Positions
 
President – MEGAN MOFFETT
- Oversees all areas of HYFH and promotes the overall vision for the league
- Works with Communications Director to act as a liaison between HYFH and HHS FH coaches/booster club, athletic director, and other community organizations
- Responsible for working with high school coaches to set up a “ball girl” schedule for fall home FH games
- Responsible for reserving fields for games and practices through the AD dept.

Vice President/Registrar – JAIME SMITH
- Responsible for all registration, including: Create registration forms online for each season, setting up teams online, handles questions from public and assists in communication to registrants/players; creates and distribute flyers.

Treasurer –BECKY LEVENICK
- Responsible for all financial matters for HYFH including budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, insurance policies. Sets the agenda for board meetings.

Secretary/Communications Director –KRISTIN TOSI
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining social media. Communicates with other board members to update social media according to activities and information that needs to be promoted. Works with President to act as a liaison between HYFH and other community organizations.
